Services and Fees

If your insurance makes Chiropractic unaffordable or doesn’t cover Chiropractic, our simple and affordable fee schedule will make it easy to know what to expect at each visit. For your first visit as a new patient, you can expect the appointment to last approximately 30 minutes. A typical established patient visit lasts about 15 minutes, and any additional therapies are added in 15 minute increments. Dr. Wells will continue to evaluate the treatment plan with you so you know what to expect.

Insurance

Well Balanced Chiropractic does not accept insurance, and is therefore unable to accept any Medicare or Medicaid patients. For those with private insurance, although we do not bill through your insurance, if you are eligible for reimbursement through your provider, you may submit a health insurance claim. Reimbursement varies by insurance, so it is important to work directly with your insurance company to ensure the claim is submitted correctly. We recommend contacting your insurance provider the first time you submit a health insurance claim so they can provide you with the appropriate forms and instructions. Well Balanced Chiropractic will provide you with an itemized receipt which will detail the primary reason for treatment, how Dr. Wells treated your injury or complaint, and how much the service(s) cost which should enable you to complete your health insurance claim.
